How long will it take for me to get my item(s)?
You should expect your beautiful products to arrive within 2-3 weeks after your order has been processed. If for any reason you still haven’t received your package, please email us at email@example.com.

How can I pay?
Payments can be made via PayPal or credit card. In some cases, we will accept an e-transfer.
My item isn’t what I expected.
Please keep in mind that because our items are handmade, there’s always the possibility of a slight variation. We do our best to ensure accuracy to photos, sizing, colour and other design details on our website.
I’m still not happy with my product. Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of our organization, we only offer exchanges and credits at this time. Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving the item(s). We ask that they be returned clean and unworn. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
